After some arguments, Ms. Seema Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to file the present petition assailing the grievances raised herein before the Court of competent jurisdiction since the private respondents appear to have already been granted NOC qua the transfer of sale of land without considering the application for mutation in favour of the petitioner.

Keeping in view the fact that the petition raises disputed questions of fact, which can only be resolved before a Civil Court of competent jurisdiction, this Court is also of the opinion that the present petition would not be maintainable.
