% 11.12.2018 Trial court awarded maintenance of `7,000/- per month to the petitioner. Respondent filed an appeal. Appellate Court reduced it to `5,000/- per month keeping in mind the income of respondent to be `12,576/- per month.

Salary certificate issued by Hemkunt Special & Security Services to the respondent was placed on record before the courts below.

As per this salary certificate, respondent is working as Field Executive and is being paid salary of `12,576/- per month. Respondent also stated in his affidavit that he is paying rent of `3,000/- per month. Keeping in mind the income of the respondent, Appellate Court has fixed the maintenance of `5,000/- per month.

I do not find any perversity in the impugned order.

Petition is dismissed.
