% 02.06.2020 The matter is fixed for 14.07.2020 in terms of it having been renotified from the date 14.04.2020 when it was not taken up due to present pandemic and is taken up in view of CRL.M.A.7038/2020 having been filed on behalf of the applicant seeking withdrawal of BAIL APPLN.460/2020. In reply to a specific Court query, learned counsel for the applicant submits that in view of the present pandemic, the learned trial Court has released the applicant on bail presently and thus the applicant seeks to withdraw the bail application.

The BAIL APPLN.460/2020 is thus dismissed as withdrawn, as prayed.
