% 18.01.2017 CM No.1825/2017 Exemption allowed subject to all just exceptions. The application stands disposed of.

W.P.(C) 394/2017 and CM No.1824/2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition and states that the petitioner would file an application for review because she had raised the argument of demotion/punishment; but the same has not been examined in the impugned order.

The impugned order details and rejects the argument that petitioner was transferred on the ground of malice for she had made complaints against three female employees.

Without commenting whether or not the review would be

maintainable and justified, we permit, the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition. If the review application is filed, the same would be considered as per parameters of review. However, we clarify having not made any observation on merits.
