The petitioner has filed the present application praying that the respondent be directed not to interfere with the petitioner carrying on vending at the site described as 'at Subhash Camp Jhuggi, Central Zone Ward S-95, Badarpur New Delhi' till a vending plan is formulated. 4.

wherein this Court had noted the issues raised by the petitioner and had directed that if the representation is made by the petitioner to the Municipal Corporation of Delhi/Town Vending Committee, they shall take an informed decision within a period of four weeks.

The petitioner states that he has made a representation on 22.04.2024, but the same has not been decided as yet. A copy of said representation has been filed along with the present application. 6.

It is noted that in the order dated 13.03.2024 as rectified by order dated 03.05.2024, the petitioner is suffering from 53% disability and therefore, it is not feasible for him to relocate every 30 minutes. 7.

The petitioner also claims that he carries on trade of repairing of tyres and punctures. This also does not accommodate relocating every 30 minutes. 8.

In view of the above, we consider it apposite to direct that the respondents will not interfere with the petitioner carrying on vending activities till his representation dated 22.04.2024 is decided. 9.
