CM No. 24925/2017 This is an application filed by respondent no.1 / Airport Authority of India for extension of time in implementing the order date 9th April, 2015. Mr. Digvijay Rai, learned counsel appearing for respondent no.1 states that the Supreme Court has dismissed the SLP filed by the Airport Authority of India, applicant herein. He also states, Contempt Petition being no. 884/2016 filed by the petitioners has been disposed of, but he is not aware of the order passed.

Be that as it may, let notice be issued to the petitioners / nonapplicants and their counsel on record returnable on 29th August, 2017. The Airport Authority of India / respondent no.1, applicant herein is at liberty to

inform the petitioners who are its employees vide communication (s) addressed to them. The receipt of the communication (s) shall be filed on record by way of an affidavit.
