% 27.02.2020 Mr. Koura, ld. counsel for the respondents submits that the petitioner has since joined the post from which he was removed after the dismissal of the appeal preferred against the judgment and the directions issued by the Court on 11.12.2019 and that the consequential benefits which shall include the back wages shall also be remitted to him in due course. In his submissions however, the petitioner has been on probation at the time he came to be terminated vide order dated 09.01.2019. Let it be so. In view of the submissions made by Mr. Koura and the fact that the petitioner has already joined the post he occupied before his termination, the contempt proceedings do not survive and are disposed of accordingly.
