% 22.03.2024 It is stated by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner that the Petitioner shall vacate the premises on or before 24.06.2024. He states and an undertaking to this effect will be filed by the Petitioner within a week's time.

Considering the fact that the Petitioner's child is studying, this Court is inclined to grant time to the Petitioner to vacate the premises on payment of double license fee on or before 24.06.2024.
