The order dated 08.02.2024 passed by the Court reads as under: "1. Learned Counsel appearing for the Respondents submits that she has instructions to state that the Department is prepared to consider the present writ petitions as a representation given by the Petitioner and take a decision on the same within a period of six weeks from today.
2. List on 21.03.2024."

The similar were the submissions made, even on subsequent dates as well. The petitioners, therefore, submit that the entitlement for petitioners for correction in the application for grant of Service Exports From India Scheme ('SEIS') for the year 2015-16 be directed to be considered by the Department in a time bound manner.

Since the respondent-Department itself was willing to consider the petitioners' entitlement afresh, therefore, there is no impediment in directing the Department to adhere to its own stand. Accordingly, both the petitions, along with pending applications, stand disposed of with the following directions:
(i) Let the petitioners' petitions be treated to be their representations.
(ii) The respondent-Department shall pass a speaking order after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioners herein within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order passed today.
(iii) All rights and contentions are left open.
