% 02.02.2017 Crl.M.A. 1872/2017 Exemption allowed, subject to all just exceptions. Crl.M.C. 419/2017 By the present petition, the petitioners seek quashing of FIR No.1385/2015 under Sections 63 and 65 of the Copy Right Act, 1957 registered at PS Dabri on the complaint of respondent No.2 on merits. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition as the parties are entering into a settlement. He states that in case a settlement is arrived at between the parties, he may be granted leave to file a fresh petition for quashing of FIR on the ground of compromise. Leave and liberty granted.

Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
