Petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner, to challenge the Order dated 06.03.2021 vide which the learned ASJ, East, Karkadooma Court, Delhi, had cancelled the Bail granted to the Petitioner by the learned ACMM, East, Karkardooma Court, Delhi in FIR No. 681/2014 under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station Ashok Nagar. 2.

Learned Prosecutor, on instructions from the Investigating Officer, submits that the Charge-Sheet has been filed while it has been noted that since the Petitioner has not co-operated in recovery or/handing-over of the alleged forged GPAs, the Supplementary Charge-Sheet may be filed on getting the original of the GPAs.

Seven days are given to the Petitioner, to approach the learned Trial Court. Till then, the Applicant/Petitioner would not be arrested.
