Learned counsel for the petitioner states that it has recently come to the knowledge of the petitioner that Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process proceedings have been instituted against the respondents and a moratorium under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code 2016 is in place. 2.
In these circumstances, he seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to apply for revival, in the event the arbitration proceedings become necessary at a subsequent stage. 3.
The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid. 4.
It is made clear that the petitioner is also at liberty to agitate his claims against the respondents in the insolvency proceedings, in accordance with law.
