% 09.03.2017 Learned counsel for SDMC states that the approval from the Competent Authority will most likely be obtained by the end of the month and action in terms of the directions contained in the order dated 16.01.2017 shall be implemented.

Learned counsel appearing for EDMC and North DMC states that the averments made in the present petition shall be treated as a positive representation on behalf of the petitioner and the same shall be answered in accordance with law; the properties will be de-sealed to enable the petitioner to dismantle/remove the tower/accessories whenever need be within a time bound frame to be fixed by the

Competent Authority/respondent. This action shall be completed by the Corporation within an outer limit of 8 weeks. Petition disposed of.
