% 31.08.2015 Parties have settled their dispute before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre.

Parties shall abide by the terms and conditions as stipulated in the Settlement Agreement dated 29.5.2015. It is further stated that the entire amount has already been paid by the defendant to the plaintiff and nothing survives in the suit. The suit is disposed of as settled since the parties have settled their dispute.

As the parties have settled their dispute through mediation, let the court fee be refunded to the plaintiff.

Necessary certificate in this regard be issued by the registry.
