Petitions under Section 482 Cr.P.C hav been filed on behalf of the Petitioners for quashing of the Order dated 04.11.2020 in Complaint Case NO.10831/2020, FIR No.181/2020 registered by EOW under Section 406/420/34 IPC.

Learned APP for the State submits that the Closure Report has already been submitted, a copy of which has also been provided to the learned Counsel for the Complainant as well as to the Petitioner. The matter is now listed before the learned M.M on 11.06.2025.

In view of the submissions made that the Closure Report has already been filed, nothing more survives in the present Petitions. 4.

The Petitioners may contest the Protest Petition, if filed, before the learned M.M for which they may also be given a Notice. 5.

The Petitions are dismissed and are disposed of accordingly along with the pending Application(s).
