% 27.04.2017 Learned counsel for the respondent-NCTE states that after scrutinising the report of Experts Visiting Team, a letter of intent was issued to the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the letter of intent has been complied with and all documents as well as permissions have been furnished to the respondents for issuance of a formal recognition order.

Keeping in view the aforesaid statement, the ERC is directed to consider the petitioner's application for recognition prior to 02nd May, 2017, in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid direction, present contempt petition stands disposed of.
