Single Judge on 14.05.2019 in W.P.(C) 6016/2018. Taking into account the totality of facts and circumstances, the contempt petition is disposed of. It goes without saying, in the event of the petitioner being aggrieved of the said order the petitioner would be at liberty to assail such order in accordance with law.
