The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C has been filed by the Petitioner seeking restoration of the present petition being CRL.M.C. 1368/2022 which was dismissed as withdrawn vide Order dated 03.05.2024. 2.

The present application is not maintainable since there is no provision for review in Cr.P.C.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present application with liberty to take appropriate steps in accordance with law.
