% 08.07.2017 In the Pre Sitting of Lok Adalat held on 06.07.2017 it was agreed between the parties that the amount so deposited by the petitioner in lieu of the award dated 27.11.2006 passed by learned Presiding Officer, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi, shall be released along with accrued interest on such deposit to the workman as full and final compensation. Both the representative of the appellant had signed the settlement on 06.07.2017 and today the workman is present and agreed to the said proposal. Let the amount so deposited with the Registry along with interest accrued thereon be released in favour of workman on completion of formalities. Nothing remains in

the petition.

In view of above, the petition stands disposed of. Order dasti.
