The present petitions have been filed seeking anticipatory bail in connection with FIR No. 144/2025 under Sections 115/333/351/3(5) registered at PS Ranhola, Delhi.

The facts of the present case have already been noted by this Court in the order dated 10.03.2025 in BAIL APPLN. 1010/2025, orders dated 26.03.2025 in BAIL APPLN. 1189/2025 and BAIL APPLN. 1190/2025, while granting interim protection to the petitioners subject to the petitioners joining investigation.

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the petitioners have already joined investigation as and when called by the IO concerned. This position is also affirmed by Mr. Tarang Srivastava, learned APP appearing on behalf of State, on instructions from the IO who is present in Court.

Learned APP further informs the Court that the injury involved in the present cases is simple in nature and the investigation is complete. He further submits that the chargesheet will be filed shortly, and the petitioners are no more required for investigation.

In view of the above facts and circumstances, it is directed that in the event of the petitioner's arrest, they may be released on bail subject to their furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs. 20,000/- each and a surety bond of the like amount to the satisfaction of the SHO/Investigating Officer / Arresting Officer subject to the following conditions:- (i) The petitioners shall join investigation as and when directed by the I.O concerned.
(ii) The petitioners shall not influence the witnesses in any manner or The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
