O R D E R
% 18.02.2020 By way of the present petition, petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 16.07.2019 for release of the petitioner on furlough on depositing cash surety instead of two surety bonds, which was declined by the competent authority.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that vide order dated 08.02.2019 passed by the Deputy Secretary, Home, petitioner was released on furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs.4,000/-, so he prays that the same indulgence be granted to him at this point of time also.
In view of this, order dated 16.07.2019 is modified to the extent that petitioner is directed to be released on furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/-.
The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
