% 05.02.2016 This is a suit for declaration, possession and damages valued at less than Rs.2 crores.

It is seen from the record that the suit property has already handed over to the plaintiff, however proceedings are arising out of the damages and mesne profits.

Ld. counsel for defendants submits that the suit property is situated at Connaught Circus which falls under the jurisdiction of District New Delhi, Delhi hence seeks transfer of present case to District New Delhi, Delhi. In view of the orders passed by Hon'ble Chief Justice, Delhi High Court vide notification no. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015, the present case stands transferred to District Court (New Delhi), Patiala House, Delhi. Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District Judge (New Delhi), Patiala House, Delhi on 04.04.2016. Registry is directed to send the complete case record to the concerned District Judge by next date of hearing.
