Mr. Chet Ram, Principal of Respondent No.1/School states, on the basis of the record maintained with the School, that Annual Confidential Report ('ACR') of the Petitioner for the period 2013-14 has already been upgraded and on the basis of the same, Petitioner was considered for grant of 1st Modified Assured Career Progression ('MACP') benefit in the year 2022. He submits that the matter is pending for approval with the Directorate of Education and depending on the outcome, further order will be passed regarding grant of 1st MACP benefit to the Petitioner. 2.

subject matter of the present petition, it is submitted that steps are being taken to examine the ACR in light of the representation made by the Petitioner and the decision thereon shall be taken within two weeks from today and depending on the outcome, further steps will be taken as and when the Petitioner becomes eligible for grant of 2nd MACP. 3.

Petition is disposed of, recording the stand of Mr. Chet Ram, Principal of Respondent No.1/School. In case of any surviving grievance, Petitioner will be at liberty to take recourse to appropriate remedies, in accordance with law.
