% 22.03.2018 Vide order dated 12th February, 2018, the respondents were directed to file an affidavit to indicate the steps being taken by them to implement the judgment dated 14th November, 2017, passed by this Court.

Today, Mr.Ramesh Singh, learned Counsel for the respondent nos.1, 2, 3 & 5, has handed over a copy of the order dated 14th March, 2018, passed by a Division Bench of this Court in WP (C) No.1951/2017, to indicate the steps being taken by the respondents to shift the over age inmates from the hostel run by the Andh Mahavidyalaya at Panchkuian Road, New Delhi. Mr.Ramesh Singh further submits that, the respondents are taking steps to expeditiously transfer all the college going students to Seva Kuteer by 2nd April, 2018. He submits that similarly the non-college-going over age

students, would also be evicted from the Andh Mahavidyalaya Hostel on or before 2nd April, 2018.

In view of the aforesaid, nothing further survives for adjudication in the present petition and the same is disposed of by binding the respondents to their aforesaid statement. REKHA PALLI, J MARCH 22, 2018/aa
