The grievance ventilated by the petitioner in the present petition is against the demolition of the PCO Booth located at Sector 6 near market Dwarka, New Delhi which had been allotted to the petitioner by respondent no.1.

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent no.1/MCD submits that petitioner has been relocated and allotted a PCO Booth under the handicap quota vide allotment letter dated 07.05.2025. Copy of the said allotment letter has been handed over in Court, the same is taken on record. 3.

In view of above, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition. 4.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
