Petitioners seek quashing of FIR No.400/2022 registered at Police Station Madhu Vihar, Delhi for commission of offences under Section 498A/406/34 IPC along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise arrived at between the parties. 2.

Respondent No.2 submits that the facts mentioned in the present petition are incorrect and she is not residing with her husband. 3.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the present petition and submits that she would explore other remedies as available and permissible under law.

The petition is, accordingly, disposed of as not pressed. 5.

Pending application also stands disposed of.
