At the very outset, petitioner, who appears in person, submits that she is no longer interested in pursuing with the present petition for the reason that the matter has been amicably settled. 2.

Attention of the Court has been drawn towards order dated 21.02.2025 passed by learned Coordinate Bench of this Court in Crl.Rev. 59/2021. She submits that the matter was referred to mediation and both the sides have agreed to take steps for dissolution of marriage by filing a petition under Section 13B of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955.

The detailed terms of settlement are already recorded in the Settlement Agreement dated 17.02.2025 which took place under the aegis of Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. during course of the proceedings.

In view of the abovesaid development and the fact that there is a settlement agreement between the parties, the petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw the present petition. She, however, reserves her right to revive the same in case of any breach of any term of settlement agreement.

In view of the above, the present petition stands disposed of as withdrawn in terms of the abovesaid settlement agreement. Liberty, as prayed, is granted.
