The present petition alleges wilful disobedience of the directions contained in the order dated 08.12.2025 passed in W.P.(C) 18590/2025. The said order reads as under:

"1. This writ petition is filed on behalf of Petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the direction inter alia to Respondent Nos.1 and 2 to issue the Eligibility Certificate.

2. Issue notice.

3. Mr. T. Singhdev, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of National Medical Commission.

4. Considering that the last date for applying for Foreign Medical Graduate Examination ('FMGE') December, 2025 is over on 04.12.2025, this writ petition is disposed of without entering into the merits of the case with a direction to Respondent No.2 to consider the writ petition as a representation and decide the same after considering the averments in the petition as also documents appended thereto. The decision will be taken within six weeks from today and communicated to the Petitioner.

5. Liberty is granted to the Petitioner to take recourse to legal remedies in case of any surviving or further grievances.

6. Pending application stands disposed of."

The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that the necessary eligibility certificate has not been issued to her.

Learned counsel for the respondents, who appears on advance notice, submits that the Eligibility Certificate has been issued to the petitioner as far back as in the year 2019.

A copy of the said certificate has been handed over during the course of hearing. The same is as under:
