Counsel for defendant has entered appearance. I have perused the application as well as the plaint. The suit has been valued for the purpose of court fees and jurisdiction at Rs.56,51,730/-. The suit property is situated at Connaught Place, New Delhi.

Hence, the suit is transferred to the Ld. District Judge (New Delhi District), Patiala House Courts, New Delhi. Registry is directed to send the complete records to the Ld.
