O R D E R

The present bail application has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. seeking bail in FIR No. 331/2019 under Sections 307/452/323/324/201/34 IPC registered at P.S. Alipur.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 03.02.2020. He further submits that the injuries caused to victim-Ajeet have been opined to be simple and thereafter a compromise has also been arrived at between the parties.

The victim/complainant, namely, Ajeet is present in person and has been identified by the Investigating Officer. He submits that the matter has been settled with the petitioner and he has no objection to the grant of bail to the petitioner.

In view of the facts and circumstances of this case and the fact that the matter has been compromised between the accused person and the victim, the petitioner is admitted to bail on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum

of Rs. 25,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial court and subject to the following conditions :- (i) The petitioner will not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promises to the complainant/victim or any witness during the trial or tamper with the evidence. (ii) The petitioner shall provide the I.O./SHO P.S. Alipur with his mobile phone/landline number and residential address and in the event of change of the same, shall inform to the I.O./SHO.

(iii) The petitioner shall not leave the jurisdiction of the NCT of Delhi without prior permission of the concerned court. (iv) The petitioner will remain regularly present before the trial court.

With the above directions, the bail application is disposed of. 6.

Copy of the order be given dasti to the counsel for the petitioner.
