Further to the order dated 01.04.2026, the report dated 16.04.2026 by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, South-West, Dwarka Courts, New Delhi, has been received.

Mr. N.S. Dalal, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that, at this stage, the petitioner would be satisfied if a request is made to the learned Magistrate for expeditious consideration of the matter at the stage of summoning of the accused, instead of seeking transfer of the proceedings.

A perusal of the orders placed on record shows that arguments on the point of summoning were heard on 21.07.2025, following which the matter was listed on 21.08.2025 for clarification/orders. Thereafter, the matter has been adjourned on several occasions, and is presently scheduled to be listed on 14.05.2026.

arguments on the point of summoning has since been transferred, and the matter is now listed before the newly posted Presiding Officer on 14.05.2026.

It shall be open to the petitioner/complainant to move an appropriate application for expeditious consideration before the learned Magistrate on the next date of hearing. In the event such a request is made, the learned Magistrate's Court is requested to consider the same in accordance with law, having regard to the position of the Board and the age of the matters pending before it.

As no further orders are sought in the present transfer petition, the petition, alongwith the pending applications, is accordingly disposed of.
