The present petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. seeks the following prayers:- "Therefore, it is most humble prayer to this Hon'ble court, May kindly be accepted the present petition and please to

1. Issue an appropriate writ / Order / Direction to satisfy the legal position of law as to whether the Special Judge Shri Sanjay Bansal has jurisdiction as per sub-section 1 of section 3 of PC Act-1988 to hold the trial of the present case of petitioner.

2. In the event, if this Hon'ble court find itself satisfied that there is no notification and publication as per sub section 1 of section 3 of PC Act1988, be pleased to declare entire proceedings null and void ab-initio, which had conducted by Special Judge Shri Sanjay Bansal.

3. Further be pleased to quash the impugned orders dated 29.11.2019 and order dated 18.12.2019, which had been passed in mechanical manner.

4. And also pleased to pass any other order / directions, which this Hon'ble court may deems fit and proper in favour of petitioner."
