At the outset, learned APP appearing on behalf of the State takes an objection that in the present case, the charge sheet has been filed in which Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961 have been added. However, neither this fact has been mentioned in the petition nor the charge sheet has been filed and quashing of FIR is sought pertaining to Sections 498A/406/34 IPC.

At this stage, learned counsel for the Petitioners seeks to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a fresh petition with complete particulars and documents.
