% 15.10.2015 On 11th August, 1998, judgment debtor filed an application under section 22 of the Sick Industrial Companies (Special Provisions) Act, 1985. On 25th January, 1999, learned counsel for the decree holder stated that no reply to the application was required. Decree holder prayed for supply of better particulars by learned counsel for the judgment debtor. Proceedings were stayed sine die. Sixteen years have gone by since then. Decree holder has not filed any application for revival of the proceedings. No purpose would be served by keeping the execution pending. Accordingly, execution petition is disposed of however, decree holder is at liberty to get the petition revived, if necessary.
