The present petition under Section 14 read with Sections 10/11/12 of the Contempt of Courts Act seeks following prayers:- "a. Initiate Contempt of Court Proceedings under section 14 read with Sections 10, 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, against the Respondent/Contemnor for committing willful and deliberate disobedience of the order dated 04.11.2024 passed by this Hon'ble Court in W.P.(C) No. 10772 of 2024; and b. Punish the Respondent/Contemnor, at the conclusion of such proceedings in accordance with Section 12 of the said Act for committing willful and deliberate disobedience of the order dated 04.11.2024 passed by this Hon'ble Court in W.P(C) No. 10772 of 2024 and c. Grant cost of the present proceedings in the favour of the Petitioner and against the Respondent/Contemnor; and d. Pass such other order and further orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case." 3.
