The present civil contempt petition under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India seeks the following prayers :- "1. Initiate contempt proceedings against the contemnors for wilful disobedience of the order dated 18.11.2024 in W.P.(C)/15934/2024.

2. Punish the contemnor/respondent in accordance with the law,

3. Issue any other appropriate writ as may deem fit and proper thereby directing the contemnors/respondent to comply with the obligatory conditions of the agreement executed between DMRC and petitioner

4. Pass any other appropriate orders which this Hon'ble court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case." 3.

Compliance affidavit on behalf of the respondent has been filed and placed on record.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the order dated 18.11.2024 passed in W.P.(C) 15934/2024 stands complied with and he has no further grievance and thus, seeks leave to withdraw the present petition.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of.
