The present application has been filed by the respondents for praying inter alia that the cost of Rs.10,000/- imposed vide judgment dated 04.09.2018 may be waived.

Having regard to the manner in which the respondents have dealt with the case of the petitioner; highlighted in para 14 of the aforesaid judgment, we are not inclined to waive the costs. 3.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner states that instead of paying the costs to the petitioner, the same may be permitted to be deposited with the Welfare fund set up by the CRPF. W.P.(C) 390/2017

In view of the statement made hereinabove, it is deemed appropriate to direct the respondents to deposit the costs of Rs.10,000/- with the CRPF Central Welfare Fund within four weeks and file a copy of the receipt within the same time. 5.

The application is disposed of.
