1. This is an application seeking release of decretal amount deposited by the judgment debtor/ respondent.

2. On 09.12.2024, the Section 34 petition filed by the judgment debtor has been dismissed by the District Judge (Commercial Court), Central District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi, Case bearing OMP (COMM.) 18/2021.

3. No appeal has been filed against the said judgment.

4. For the said reasons, there is no impediment in release of amount along with accrued interest in favour of the decree holder/ counsel representing the decree holder.

5. For the said reasons, the application is allowed in the aforesaid terms.
