By virtue of the present application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS), the applicant seeks grant of regular bail in FIR No.121/2025 dated 10.03.2025 registered at PS.: Ghazipur, Delhi under Sections 103(1)/61(2)/249(a)/3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and under Sections 25/27 of the Arms Act. 2.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant seeks, and is granted, leave to withdraw the present application with liberty to take appropriate remedies, as available, in accordance with law. 3.

Accordingly, the present application, alongwith the pending applications, is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. SAURABH BANERJEE, J.
