Considering the parties are in litigation before the learned Family Court and the order impugned is only an interim order, as also since much water has flown since the passing of the impugned order, without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the parties learned counsel for the parties agree that the present petition can be disposed of with a direction to the learned Family Court to dispose of M.P. No.209/2020 as expeditiously as possible.

Accordingly, the learned Family Court is requested to dispose of the M.P. No.209/2020 on or before 31.12.2026 after concluding the evidence therein and hearing the parties therein. Needless to say, the parties shall not seek any unnecessary adjournments during the said period. 3.
In view of the aforesaid, the present petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms without disturbing the impugned order passed by the learned Family Court.
