The present bail application has been filed seeking interim bail on the ground that the father of the petitioner is unwell and hospitalised. Status report has been filed which is taken on record. As per the status report, the father of the petitioner was admitted and has since been discharged. It is further stated that brother of the petitioner, namely Mohd. Fareed is looking after their father. It is also stated that the present case is at the stage of final arguments.

In view of the above, I am not inclined to grant interim bail to the petitioner at this stage.

Bail application is dismissed.
