The present suit has been settled between the plaintiff and defendants no. 1 and 3 in the mediation proceedings before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre ('Mediation Centre'). 2.
The Settlement Agreement dated 27th November, 2024 (hereinafter "Settlement Agreement") has been placed on record and the same bears the signatures of the Authorised Representatives of the parties as well as their respective counsel.

I have gone through the terms of the Settlement Agreement and find the same to be lawful.

The parties shall remain bound by the terms of the Settlement Agreement.

In terms of the Settlement Agreement, the present suit is decreed against defendants no. 1 and 3. The Settlement Agreement shall form part of the decree.

Clause 3 of the Settlement Agreement records that the defendant no. 2 has stopped its operation from 31st May, 2022 and does not exist at all. 7.
In view of the above, counsel for the plaintiff does not press for any relief sought against defendants no. 2.

The decree sheet be drawn up.

Since the matter has been settled in mediation proceedings, the Registry is directed to issue a certificate of refund of entire Court Fees in favour of the plaintiff, in terms of Section 16 of the Court Fees Act, 1870, read with Section 89 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908. 10.
All pending applications stand disposed of.
