O R D E R

% 28.10.2015 On 5th April, 1999 proceedings in the present execution petition were stayed sine die, after counsel for the decree holder made a statement that decree holder was not able to find out the correct address of the judgment debtor.

Liberty was given to the decree holder to mention the matter. Sixteen years have gone by since then and no application for revival of the matter has been filed.

No fruitful purpose would be served to keep the present proceedings pending. Execution petition is disposed of. However, liberty is granted to the decree holder to get the proceedings revived, if necessary.
