The petitioners vide the present petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS) read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seek quashing of the FIR No.402/2023 dated 04.12.2023 registered under Sections 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 at PS.: New Friends Colony, Delhi. 2.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks to withdraw the present petition and file the same afresh with better particulars, especially since an order dated 04.03.2025 passed by Coordinate Bench of this Court in BAIL APPLN. 928/2025 has inadvertently not been filed.

The present petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh as prayed for.
