Pursuant to the previous order of this Court dated 12th December 2024, counsel for the parties state that relinquishment deeds have been executed in favour of each other as contemplated in the Settlement Agreement dated 21st October 2024, and have been duly registered. The details of the same is as under:

(i) 202400376519 - SDM-1, Kashmiri Gate (Central), Deed No.2025/19/I/1323.

(ii) 202400374051 - SDM-1, Kashmiri Gate (Central), Deed No.2025/19/I/1324.

(iii) 202400376517 - SDM-1, Kashmiri Gate (Central), Deed No.2025/19/I/1325.

Accordingly, as per the Settlement Agreement, plaintiff seeks to withdraw the suit. The parties shall be bound by the terms of the settlement. 3.

Accordingly, suit stands disposed of as withdrawn in view of the Settlement Agreement.

The date before the Joint Registrar (Judicial) i.e. 10th March 2025 stands cancelled.

Pending applications stand disposed of as infructuous. 6.
