% 18.02.2020 This Writ Petition is filed by the petitioner seeking appropriate action against the illegal and unauthorised construction on plot bearing No.JH-8, Khirki Extension, New Delhi. A perusal of the Writ Petition shows that the petitioner resides in Okhla Village, New Delhi whereas the property for which relief is sought is in Khirki Extension, New Delhi. It is manifest that there is no personal right of the petitioner which has been affected. That apart, learned counsel for respondent No.1 who appears on receipt of advance notice submits that demolition orders have been passed for the property in question and part demolition action was taken on 3.1.2020. It is manifest that the respondent No.1 is taking steps as per law regarding the stated unauthorised construction. They will continue to deal with the said property as per law.

Nothing further survives in this petition. Petition is disposed of. The concerned SHO will comply with the directions of respondent No.1. JAYANT NATH, J FEBRUARY 18, 2020/n
