Vide order dated 23.07.2024 of the Hon'ble Court, exemption was granted to file surety bond.

As per record, Administration Bond and Court Fee has been filed.

Statement of petitioner i.e. Mrs. Nishi Lal is recorded today regarding the Administration Bond. Administration Bond is Ex. P-1 and copy of Aadhar Card is Ex. P-2(OSR). Administration bond is found in order and the same is accepted.

Accordingly, the Registry shall take steps for issuance of Letters of Administration in favour of petitioner in terms of order of the Hon'ble Court dated 06.03.2024.
