The present petition under Section 528 of the BNSS seeks the following prayers:
"a) Set aside the Impugned Order dated 22.08.2024 passed by the learned ASJ-03, Patiala House Court, New Delhi in RC no. 14/2022/NIA/DLI titled "NIA v OMA Salam & ors" b) Set aside the Impugned Order dated 19.04.2023 passed by the learned ASJ-03, Patiala House Court, New Delhi in RC no. 14/2022/NIA/DLI titled "NIA v OMA Salam & ors" c) Set aside the Impugned Order dated 20.03.2023 passed by the learned ASJ-03, Patiala House Court, New Delhi in RC no. 14/2022/NIA/DLI titled "NIA v OMA Salam & ors"; d) Direct the Respondent Agency to provide unredacted documents and witness statements to the Petitioner, and further this Hon'ble Court may pass such corrective orders as may be necessary in the facts.
e) Pass such other order as this Hon'ble Court deems fit in facts and circumstances of this case."

With the consent of the learned counsel for the parties, the present petition is disposed of with the directions that the learned Special Court at the time of supplying redacted statements and documents prepared by the NIA shall satisfy itself with regard to the extent of redaction of such statements and documents which will be supplied to the accused persons during the course of the trial, if not already done.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the no adjournment shall be taken on the basis of this order before the learned Special Court at the time of arguments for consideration on point of charge. 5.
With the aforesaid direction, the petition is disposed of. 6.
Pending application(s), if any, also stands disposed of. 7.
Order be communicated to the learned Special Court for necessary information and compliance.
