The District Judge (East) has reported that Gandhi Nagar also falls within the jurisdiction of District Shahdara. 3.

Accordingly, the suit is transferred to the District Judge Shahdara, Karkardooma Court, Delhi.

The parties to appear before the Additional District Judge/District Judge, Shahdara on 19th October, 2016 as already ordered.
