By way of this writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.P.C., petitioners are seeking quashing of case FIR No.0462/2016 registered with PS Bhajanpura under Sections 304/306/354/341/506/509/34 IPC.

Today when this writ petition has come up for hearing, Mr.Ravi Gupta, learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners, on instructions, submits that since the petitioners have already filed the petition being Crl.M.C.No.2486/2016 challenging the order whereby the petitioners have been summoned as accused in case FIR No.0462/2016, under Sections 304/306/354/341/506/509/34 IPC, PS Bhajanpura, Delhi, he may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
